Ticket information

This is the place to find practical information regarding ticket purchases, conditions, discounts, what applies if you are unable to attend, and much more. If the answer to your question is not here, you are very welcome to contact us.

How do I purchase tickets?

It's easy and convenient to buy tickets via our website. When you click "Buy", you will be taken to a layout of the concert hall where you can choose your seats. If you wish to see the prices, click on the ticket icon in the top left corner, and the price for each section will be displayed.

Tickets can always be purchased digitally, and the box office is open for physical visits two hours prior to the concert starts. Please note that for the Swedish Radio Choir's performances in locations outside Berwaldhallen, it is only possible to buy tickets digitally.

Take a look at our repertoire and find your next experience!

How are my tickets delivered?

You will find your e-tickets under My Tickets and in the booking confirmation that is sent to your email after purchase. You can print the tickets, share them, or show them directly on your mobile to scan on site.

If you are unable to purchase and access your tickets digitally, they can be sent by post for a service fee of 40 SEK + shipping cost (stamp).

Who needs a ticket?

Everyone who is going to attend a concert needs a ticket, regardless of age.

Can I pay cash in Berwaldhallen?

No, Berwaldhallen does not handle cash at the ticket office, cloakroom, or café. We accept all the usual payment cards (though not American Express).

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! For all concerts with the Swedish Radio Choir and the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra, the following discounts are available:

·        Children and Youth Discount: Everyone up to 26 years old gets a 50% discount on the regular ticket price. At our concerts with pop and rock artists, there are a limited number of discounted tickets per concert.

·        Student Discount: Students (older than 26 years old) get a 15% discount on the regular price upon presentation of a valid student card.

·        Pensioner Discount: Pensioners get a 10% discount on the regular price. You are considered a pensioner from the age of 65, or if you are a disability pensioner. You may need to show your ID or certificate at the entrance.

·        Friends' Association Discount (Vänföreningen): Members of the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra and Friends of the Radio Choir are offered a 10% discount on the regular price.

·        Jobseeker discount*: everyone who can show a valid "A-kassekort" receives a 15% discount on the regular price.

*To book with a discount for school classes, groups or jobseekers, contact us.

Other discounts will apply to concerts and events by external organisers.

Do you have an age limit?

No, but as many of our concerts are recorded or broadcast live on Swedish Radio, we do not recommend that small children attend regular concerts. We have children's performances and sing-alongs that are perfect for the younger ones!

What about returns and cancellation rights?

We offer refunds only if the concert is cancelled or if there are significant changes to the program. If you are unable to attend, you can return your tickets, starting from the season 2025/2026 for a small fee of 25 SEK /ticket, and receive a gift certificate for the remaining amount, valid for two years.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For concerts on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, cancellations must be made no later than 4:00 PM on the immediately preceding non-holiday weekday.

Can I buy tickets on the secondary market?

We do not recommend purchasing tickets for any performances on the secondary market, as there may be counterfeit tickets. Berwaldhallen is not responsible for tickets purchased second-hand.

What are your purchase terms and conditions?
Are there cloakrooms and how much does it cost to check outerwear/bags?

Yes, there are both staffed and unstaffed cloakrooms for you as a visitor. The unstaffed cloakrooms are free and located on the upper floor and the stalls floor (-1). Staffed cloakrooms are located on the entrance floor and the stalls floor (-1) and cost 30 SEK. Payment is by card.

Where can I buy the concert program?

At Berwaldhallen and Swedish Radio, we believe that important information should be free. That is why, as of 2025, we will switch to simpler program folds that do not cost you as a visitor anything. You can often delve into different parts related to the concert here on the website by clicking on your chosen performance via the calendar.

How do I get in touch with you?

You can buy tickets 24/7 up until the concert or performance starts. If you have questions about tickets or concerts, want to book by phone or need to cancel, please contact us.
