Seinabo Sey & the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra
Since her debut in 2013, singer-songwriter Seinabo Sey has become one of Sweden’s most in-demand artists, touring Europe and the US. In November 2024, she joined the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra on the Berwaldhallen stage to perform her songs in symphonic arrangements, conducted by Jonas Nydesjö.

Upcoming: Dark Paradise - a portrait of Lana del Rey
Step into the American artist Lana Del Rey’s idiosyncratic, sad and vintage-scented music, which here takes on a whole new form. Moto Boy and Jennie Abrahamson, two artists who do not shy away from strong emotions and expressions, are guests of the acclaimed and soon to be 100-year-old Radio Choir under the direction of Hans Ek, who also arranged the music.

The Eric Ericson Award will see some of the world’s best young choral conductors compete for victory in Stockholm, 23-26 October 2024. The final with the Swedish Radio Choir in Berwaldhallen on Saturday 26 October at 15.00. You can also relive the semi-final round.
The finalists are Alexander Lüken, Germany, Heide Müller, Germany and Marcel Ortega I Martí, Spain.
