Titan is the subtitle of Gustav Mahler’s first symphony. Franz Berwald’s fourth symphony is also known as Sinfonie naïve; powerful forces and innocence are brought together when Conductor Laureate Herbert Blomstedt returns to Berwaldhallen and the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra.
