Terms of Purchase

Due to the increased terrorist threat level, we have increased security at our concerts in Berwaldhallen. From August 2023, all concertgoers will be subject to a search and bag check upon arrival at Berwaldhallen and in Studio 2, Radiohuset. We also have increased security in the form of extra security guards. Please leave larger bags at home and arrive in good time for the concert. We also ask that you have your ticket ready when you arrive at Berwaldhallen for faster entry. Our concerts start at the scheduled time.

Purchased tickets are only redeemed for cancelled concerts or concerts with extensive changes.

Berwaldhallen does not allow the repurchase of subscriptions.

The rules of the Distance Contracts Act on the right of withdrawal do not apply to the purchase of event tickets.

In the event of a cancelled concert, repurchase must be made no later than one month after the event was due to take place. Any service fee will not be refunded.

In the event of major changes, the refund must be made no later than the day of the event. Any service fee will not be refunded. For concerts from the 2024-2025 season onwards, the refund must be made no later than 24 hours before the concert.

As a customer, you are responsible for checking the event, date, time, location and price when purchasing tickets.

You can cancel your concert for a gift certificate that is valid for 2 years and can be used for all concerts and concert series in Berwaldhallen. The cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the concert. For concerts on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday, the cancellation must be made no later than 4:00 PM on the day before the holiday. Any service fee will not be refunded.

The ticket only allows one entry, which is verified via automatic scanning or manual check.

Numbered tickets are valid for the seat indicated on the ticket.

For evacuation reasons, it is not permitted to sit in aisles or stairs in the hall.

All concertgoers must have a valid ticket.

Eligibility for any discounts (e.g. students, pensioners) must be proven when the ticket is validated.

The ticket is a document of value. Lost tickets can only be replaced if you, as a customer, have provided your name and contact details when booking/purchasing.

If an event has restrictions on the number of tickets per purchase and customer, the maximum number may not be exceeded.

Tickets may not be used for commercial purposes.

Cameras, sound or image recording equipment may not be used in the concert hall during concerts.

Discounts

Children and Youth Discount: Everyone up to 26 years old gets a 50% discount on the regular ticket price. At our concerts with pop and rock artists, there are a limited number of discounted tickets per concert.

Student Discount: Students (older than 26 years old) get a 15% discount on the regular price upon presentation of a valid student card.

Pensioner Discount: Pensioners get a 10% discount on the regular price. You are considered a pensioner from the age of 65, or if you are a disability pensioner. You may need to show your ID or certificate at the entrance.

Friends’ Association Discount (Vänföreningen): Members of the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra and Friends of the Radio Choir are offered a 10% discount on the regular price.

Concert series Discount: Those who buy a concert series are offered 15% on all concerts of the season.

School discount*: School classes from primary and secondary schools are very welcome to our concerts. Price per student is 50 SEK, with two accompanying teachers free of charge.

Group discount*: Groups of at least 15 people receive a 15% discount.

Jobseeker discount*: everyone who can show a valid “A-kassekort” receives a 15% discount on the regular price.

*To book with a discount for school classes, groups or jobseekers, contact us.

Other discounts will apply to concerts and events by external organisers.

Wheelchair and assistant seats

The wheelchair spaces have the same price as the Second Row section, over the stage. Accompanying assistants are not charged.

All wheelchair spaces are booked by contacting us, (no service fee is charged for these bookings).

Berwaldhallen has six wheelchair spaces on the stalls floor, which are reached via elevator from the entrance floor.

Five of the wheelchair spaces are located at the back of the hall, on the left side with an assistant seat next to it.

On the left side of the front of the stalls there is a wheelchair space which is primarily intended for those with impaired vision.

Our wheelchair spaces, located along the walls, have a maximum width capacity of 90 cm.

Schools
