Swedish Radio Choir - a part of Swedish Radio since 1925
The Swedish Radio Choir is celebrating its first century throughout the entire year of 2025. In October, it's time for the grand anniversary concert at Berwaldhallen, featuring a brand-new mass by six Swedish composers commissioned by the Radio Choir for this occasion. Former members will also participate in the concert.

World-renowned violinist Joshua Bell, mezzo-soprano Fleur Barron, and tenor Andrew Staples will take the stage at Berwaldhallen as Daniel Harding makes a grand exit as chief conductor of the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra. The program includes Felix Mendelssohn's beloved violin concerto and Gustav Mahler's dramatic symphonic song cycle Das Lied von der Erde
