The final festival day offers two concerts with two ensembles. The Swedish-Norwegian rising star Johan Dalene will enter the Berwaldhallen stage in Max Bruch’s violin concerto in G-minor together with the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra conducted by Daniel Harding, who will also lead the orchestra in Richard Strauss’ Ein Heldenleben – Ett hjälteliv. The Swedish Radio Choir and chief conductor Kaspars Putnins rounds off the Baltic Sea Festival with a concert of Swedish and Nordic music at Nordiska museet. Before that, in the afternoon, Tekniska museet presents a Baltic Sea Festival programme item about cod – ”Torsk på Tekniska”.
