• Ahmed Abdirahman, founder of ”Järvaveckan"

  Ahmed Abdirahman (SE) is the founder and CEO of The Global Village, a non-profit foundation that works for participation and democracy in society at large, and especially in areas that are socio-economically vulnerable. One of the foundation’s activities is arranging the Järva Week – an annual politics week organised in Spånga, where representatives of political parties, interest groups and businesses participate. Ahmed Abdirahman was formerly an expert in social sustainability at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. He came to Sweden from Somalia in 1998. In 2018, he hosted the Swedish radio programme Summer on P1.

• Johanna Koljonen, author, host and culture journalist

  Johanna Koljonen (SE) is an author, host and culture journalist. In 2011 and 2012 she participated in the campaign #prata om det (“talkaboutit”), a project in which Koljonen and other journalists investigated sexual grey areas. Early in her career Koljonen was acclaimed for her articles in the Swedish magazine Darling. She has been seen and heard in Swedish TV and radio and won the Swedish prize for journalism “Stora Journalistpriset” in 2011.
